If you're experiencing an issue not reflected on this page, email support@kitchenpulse.app with your account email and a description. We acknowledge support tickets within 4 business hours on weekdays.

For confirmed P1 outages we post to this page within 15 minutes of detection and update at least every 30 minutes until resolved.
