Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the app in two taps — Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and no further charges occur. You can also export your data at any time from Settings → Privacy & your data.

What counts as a "location"?

One physical address. A restaurant with a dining room and a separate ghost-kitchen brand at the same address is one location. Two storefronts on the same block are two locations. The location count affects which tier you're on, not the per-location feature set — every feature is available from day one of the free trial.

How do I get my sales and labor data in?

Upload the daily sales and labor reports your POS already produces — CSV, XLS, or XLSX. Most POS systems (Square, Clover, Lightspeed, SpotOn, and others) can export a nightly file from their reporting screen. Drop it into Pulse Import and we auto-detect your columns and parse the rows in seconds — sales totals, labor hours, item-level performance, and overtime risk all light up your dashboards from there. We never touch your POS directly and we never see customer payment details.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial includes every feature on every tier with no card required. You'll only be asked for payment if you choose to continue after day 14, and you'll get a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends.

Who owns my data and how do I delete my account?

You own your data. Export a full JSON archive any time from Settings → Privacy & your data → Request export. Delete your account from the same screen — confirm by typing DELETE and your personal identifiers are removed from active systems within 30 days. See the privacy policy for full detail.
