By accessing or using KitchenPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

KitchenPulse is a restaurant operations management platform that provides tools for inventory management, scheduling, catering orders, team communication, and analytics.

2. Description of Service

KitchenPulse provides:

• Multi-location restaurant management dashboard
• Inventory tracking and purchase order management
• Recipe costing and menu management
• Catering order management
• Team feedback and communication tools
• Integration with third-party services (Stripe)
• Reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

KitchenPulse offers subscription plans:

• Basic: $49/month - Core features for single locations
• Pro: $99/month - Advanced features with multi-location support
• Enterprise: $199/month - Full platform access with priority support

All plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Data and Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitchenPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & your data → Delete my account. Deletion signs you out of every device and erases your personal identifiers (name, email, phone, avatar) from our active systems within 30 days; operational records that other people depend on (feedback, schedules, training history) are retained but no longer reference you.

You can request an export of your account data at any time from Settings → Privacy & your data → Request export. We email a download link to your account email; links expire after seven days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
