KitchenPulse offers subscription plans:
All plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.
We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitchenPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & your data → Delete my account. Deletion signs you out of every device and erases your personal identifiers (name, email, phone, avatar) from our active systems within 30 days; operational records that other people depend on (feedback, schedules, training history) are retained but no longer reference you.
You can request an export of your account data at any time from Settings → Privacy & your data → Request export. We email a download link to your account email; links expire after seven days.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
