The story
KitchenPulse was created by Chad Scianna Jr., a second-generation restaurant operator who grew up in the daily grind of the hospitality industry. As a co-owner of multiple restaurant locations, Chad experienced firsthand the challenges of managing inventory, controlling food costs, scheduling teams, tracking labor, coordinating catering orders, and making critical business decisions with information spread across multiple platforms.
After years of juggling disconnected systems, spreadsheets, and endless paperwork, he recognized a simple problem: restaurant owners were spending too much time managing software and not enough time growing their businesses. That realization led to the creation of KitchenPulse.
